FRONT OFFICE AGENT
Applications now open for Front Office Agent
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle guest needs, according to the high-level standards of Urban Nest
- Ensure that all Guest’s enquiries and complaints are managed, recorded and resolved promptly in a professional manner
- Managing online, walk ins and phone reservations
- Assist with the breakfast service
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks
- Provide information about additional facilities, amenities, the area, museums and restaurant recommendations
- Housekeeping supervising and time management
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
- Ensure that all Front Office Team is fully aware of the situation of the hotel and guests’ feedback and updated for upcoming events
- Process payments through credit cards, cash or virtual cards and issue invoices for guests.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in a boutique hotel environment
- Confident user of Property Management Systems and Channel Managers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering high level of customer service
- Proficient user of English; French/ Spanish/ German is desirable
- Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and innovation
- Great attention to detail
- Degree in hotel management is a plus

BREAKFAST COOK

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes for our guests in a high-pressure environment
- Skilled to produce a high-quality menu in agreement with the manager of the hotel
- Comply with fire regulations and all food and health safety legislation
- Report immediately maintenance, hazard and hygiene issues
- Assist other departments when deemed essential to ensure good working relations
- Aware of the targets of the hotel and the guests’ feedback to improve as a part of the team
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, brunch/breakfast experience will be considered an asset
- Confident with basic breakfast recipes
- Food preparation and hygiene certificates are highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering high level of customer service
- User of English
- Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and innovation
