We would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay, we will use our best endeavors to make it a pleasant one.

This directory is designed to provide you with the basic information about our facilities.

If you have an additional question or request please contacts our reception and we will be happy to assist you.

ROOM FACILITIES

In order to use any electronic device, please place your key-card into the slot to the left side of the door (for the power in the room)

Television

 

Air Conditioning 

Your room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning that heats or cools the room to your desired temperature.

 

Blinds 

The blinds in your room operate from the electric switch next to your window / balcony door. Press the Arrow up or down for the desired directions and the middle Stop button when the desired height has been reached.

 

Internet

There   is a free internet service to the Hotel. You have Wi-Fi available in your bedroom and Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire Hotel.

Mini Bar / Groceries 

A fridge is provided in your room for your use. If you wish us to fill it in with drinks and or food essentials during your stay, please contact reception to arrange this.

Important notice: Tap water is drinkable

 

Safe Box

A safe is provided in your room to store your valuable items during your stay.

Programming a new pass code  – Please keep your pass code in a safe place!!

With the door open,

  • press the change/reset button, red one, located on the side of the inside part of the door. The yellow light will light up.
  • Enter your code from 3 to 8 digits and press the “#” key and a beep will confirm the entry of the new code. Your code is set!

To lock the safe box:

  • Enter your pass code followed by the “#” key. The green light will light up. Close the safe door and turn the knob to the left. Check that the safe is locked.

To open:

  • Enter your pass code followed by the “#” key. The green light will light up. Turn the knob to the right and open the safe.

In the case of three incorrect opening attempts there is a time delay security twenty seconds (20 “)

In case of additional three wrong attempts the time delay is increased to five minutes (5 ‘)

 

*May we draw your attention to the Hotel Proprietors Act which states that Hotel proprietors cannot be held responsible for any valuables left unattended in the bedroom safes provided*

 

HOTEL SERVICES

Reception

Reception/Front Desk is operating from 07:30 to 23:00

Dial “300 OR 301” from your room in order to contact the reception`

You can always contact us after 23:00 if there is any emergency by calling at :+30 2155709040

 

Arrival / Departure Times

Check In / Out Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards. Guests are required to check-out by 11:00 on the day of departure.

Should you require a late check-out please contact reception who will advise you of the availability and charge.

 

Breakfast

Breakfast starts from 08:00 until 11:00 at ground floor in our restaurant.

You should have filled in our breakfast form from the day before for your best service.

Until your breakfast gets ready and served, you can enjoy our small buffet along with your drinks (menu for extra drinks available).

If you require breakfast earlier, we can provide a light breakfast box from the day before, provided that we have 24hrs advance notice so we can arrange the necessary supplies.

 

Room Service

There is no room service available.

If you prefer to have your breakfast in the room, call reception for the order and you can collect it from the ground floor.

 

Housekeeping

The cleaning of the rooms is every second day.

Maids will clean the room until 15:00.

Do not hesitate to contact reception if you need housekeeping service before your cleaning day (like fresh towels etc.)

Please do not remove towels from your room, they are not for beach use.

 

In the bathroom you will find a trash bin, please use it for the toilet paper. Kindly be informed that nothing including the toilet paper can’t be thrown inside the toilet.

Lost & Found

The Hotel accepts no responsibility for guest items left in the Hotel. When contacted, we will however, make every effort to locate lost items and return them subject to postage. All found items are stored in our Housekeeping department for 3 months.

 

Iron/ironing board
Please contact the reception if you wish to have delivered the iron and ironing board.

 

Luggage Storage

You can leave your bags in our luggage room after check-out time (maximum until 23:00)

Please note luggage storage can only be provided whilst you are a resident of the Hotel.

 

Maintenance

From time to time things do breakdown and require attention. Please contact Reception and one of our Hotel engineers will attend to the problem. In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair the fault during the same working day we will offer you an alternative available room.

 

Taxi Services

Taxis can be booked via Reception. It is advisable to book in advance.

A taxi rank can be found at Ermou street.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in all designated non-smoking public areas of the Hotel or in all rooms. The only exception is if you smoke outside the Hotel. Please respect the non-smoking policy of the Hotel.

 

Car Parking  

The hotel grounds do not have car parking services. For private parking, in the area please be advised by the reception.

Credit and Debit Cards  

We accept MasterCard, Visa,UnionPay. Please be advised that when settling by debit card, it is our policy that payment for the entire stay will be taken upon check-in.

 

We don’t ask for a damage deposit but kindly be informed that the hotel has the right to charge

Guest’s credit card at the time of check-out, for any damage caused in the Hotel during a guests’ stay in the room.

Dry Cleaning/Laundry 

There is no laundry service in the hotel however you can advise reception for closest self service laundry or ask for a pick up service. Please know that the laundry needs one day to deliver back your clothes.

 

Reception will be happy to help you with information on attractions and excursions organized around the Hotel and local area, as well as daily trips and book them for you.

USEFUL INFORMATION

 

Chemist/Pharmacy 

The nearest Chemist is located 200m from the hotel, in number 6 Andrea Miaouli street. Exiting the hotel turn right and immediately right on to Andrea Miaouli street. The Pharmacy is to your left.

 

Doctor Should you require the assistance of a Doctor or Dentist, please speak to our Reception team who will be able to provide the contact details.

 

Fire

Please familiarize yourself with the fire evacuation instructions, including directions to your nearest emergency exit, displayed in your room.

If you discover a fire please activate the nearest break-glass point OR call reception- dial 0 or 300

In the event of the fire alarms being activated please leave the building via the nearest escape route.

  • Under no circumstances should the lifts be used to evacuate.
  • Do not stop to collect personal belongings
  • Assemble at the evacuation point on the square to the right of the main Hotel entrance.

 

Emergency Lighting:

In the event of a power failure, emergency lighting will come on throughout the building. Candles are not permitted in the bedrooms in the interest of safety.

 

Lift:

If the lift breaks down, it moves by default to the nearest floor and the inside door opens. Then push the outside door to exit.

In any other case do not panic. Press the alarm button and the service technician will attend to you immediately.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

OTHER SAFETY ADVICE

 

Lock the door to your room when you are inside. Before leaving, make sure your door is closed and the key card is out of key holder.

If you lost your key or it was stolen, notify the reception immediately.

Do not give the name of the hotel or room number to strangers and never tell strangers about plans for trips or stay overs outside the hotel.

Never leave your luggage unattended

Return the key card to the reception on your departure.
