This directory is designed to provide you with the basic information about our facilities which are at your disposal. We are pleased to be able to introduce you to some of our business friends in whose services you can have confidence.

According to the Greek legislation and the guidance from the Greek Organisation of Public Health (ΕΟΔΥ), we keep a COVID-19 file in our hotel of our guests and our associates. In particular, we must keep a record of: Room Number, Full name, nationality, Passport number, Country of origin, arrival and departure dates and contact details (address, phone number, email). This will help to track and trace contacts of a probable COVID-19 case.

 Air Conditioning  Your room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning that heats or cools the room to your desired temperature. The balcony doors and windows are fitted with sensor to prohibit its operation if the door / window are open.

This service has changed.

The operation of the air conditioning is now independent form the card-switch, the balcony doors and windows. Please, turn the switch off when you exit the room.

Blinds  The blinds in your room operate from the electric switch next to your window / balcony door. Press the Arrow up or down for the desired directions and the middle Stop button when the desired height has been reached.

 Internet   There   is a free internet service to the Hotel. You have Wi-Fi available in your bedroom and Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire Hotel.

 Mini Bar / Groceries  A fridge is provided in your room for your use. If you wish us to fill it in with drinks and or food essentials during your stay, please contact reception to arrange this.

  Safe A safe is provided in your room to store your valuable items during your stay.

PROGRAMMING A NEW PASS CODE  – Please keep your pass code in a safe place!!

With the door open,

  • press the change/reset button, red one, located on the side of the inside part of the door. The yellow light will light up.
  • Enter your code from 3 to 8 digits and press the “#” key and a beep will confirm the entry of the new code. Your code is set!

To lock the safe box:

  • Enter your pass code followed by the “#” key. The green light will light up. Close the safe door and turn the knob to the left. Check that the safe is locked.

To open:

  • Enter your pass code followed by the “#” key. The green light will light up. Turn the knob to the right and open the safe.

In the case of three incorrect opening attempts there is a time delay security twenty seconds (20 “)

In case of additional three wrong attempts the time delay is increased to five minutes (5 ‘)

*May we draw your attention to the Hotel Proprietors Act which states that Hotel proprietors cannot be held responsible for any valuables left unattended in the bedroom safes provided*

 Smoking   Smoking is not permitted in all designated non-smoking public areas of the Hotel or in all rooms. The only exception is if you smoke outside the Hotel. Please respect the non-smoking policy of the Hotel.

We encourage digital communication, contactless transactions, as well as the provision of electronic receipts.  Please check your email regularly for any updated information.

 Arrival / Departure Times – Check In / Out  Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. Guests are required to check-out by 12:00 on the day of departure. Should you require a late check-out please contact reception who will advise you of the availability and charge.

We have decided to modify Check-Out (until 11.00 a.m.) and Check-In (from 4.00 p.m.) time, so that our rooms can be adequately ventilated, cleaned, and disinfected.

Breakfast  Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 07:30 till 10:30. If you require breakfast earlier, we can provide a light breakfast box from the day before, provided that we have 24hrs advance notice so we can arrange the necessary supplies.

Room service is available, and so all our dishes can be served à la carte in your room by our staff, which is fully equipped   with   protective   face   masks   and   disposable   gloves   and   observes   strict   hygiene   measures.   Finally, we thoroughly disinfect the breakfast trays after each use, with disinfectants designed for food-contact surfaces.

Car Parking  The hotel grounds do not have car parking services. For private parking, in the area please be advised by the reception.

  Credit and Debit Cards  We accept MasterCard, Visa. Please be advised that when settling by debit card, it is our policy that payment for the entire stay will be taken upon check-in. We reserve the right to debit a guest’s credit card with any charges omitted in error at the time of check-out, when a guest fails to settle their total bill on departure or charges for any damage caused in the Hotel during a guests’ stay in the room.

Dry Cleaning/Laundry  The hotel does not offer Laundry service so please be advised, by the reception for the nearest services in the area.

Housekeeping..We offer a daily cleaning service with towels and linen change as needed. Last Housekeeping call is at 17:00.

This service has changed.

It is up to you to choose the frequency and the way of cleaning your room. Under Greek law and the instructions of EODY the rooms should not be cleaned by our staff daily. During your stay clean linen, bedding and amenities are provided you upon request.

   Lost & Found  The Hotel accepts no responsibility for guest items left in the Hotel. When contacted, we will however, make every effort to locate lost items and return them subject to postage.

   Luggage. You can leave your luggage in the designated room for a few hours after check-out time. Please note luggage storage can only be provided whilst you are a resident of the Hotel.

       Maintenance. From time to time things do breakdown and require attention. Please contact Reception and one of our Hotel engineers will attend to the problem. In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair the fault during the same working day we will offer you an alternative available room.

  Taxi Services  Taxis can be booked via Reception. During peak hours it is advisable to book in advance. A taxi rank can be found at Ermou street.

      Towels   To help us protect the environment please place used towels on the floor to indicate you wish to be provided with a clean supply. Towels placed on the rack will not be changed. 

During your stay clean linen, bedding and amenities are provided you upon request.

 Local Attractions  Reception will be happy to help you with information on attractions and excursions organized around the Hotel and local area, as well as daily trips

Chemist/Pharmacy The nearest Chemist is located 150m from the hotel, in number  11 Agion Anargyron street. Exiting the hotel turn right and immediately left on to Agion Anargyron street. The Pharmacy is to your left.

      Doctor Should you require the assistance of a Doctor or Dentist, please speak to our Reception team who will be able to provide the contact details

      Emergency  For emergency assistance please call reception from your room phone.

  1. Fire: Please familiarise yourself with the fire evacuation instructions, including directions to your nearest emergency exit, displayed in your room. In the event of the fire alarms being activated please leave the building via the nearest escape route.

–        Under no circumstances should the lifts be used to evacuate.

–        Do not stop to collect personal belongings.

–        Assemble at the evacuation point on the square to the right of the main Hotel entrance.

  • If you discover a fire please activate the nearest break-glass point OR call reception.
  1. Emergency Lighting: In the event of a power failure, emergency lighting will come on throughout the building. Candles are not permitted in the bedrooms in the interest of safety.
  2. Lift: If the lift breaks down, do not panic. Press the alarm button and the service technician will attend to you immediately. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  3. Other safety Advice:
  • Lock the door to your room when you are inside. Before leaving, make sure your door is closed and the key is out of key holder.
  • If you lost your key or it was stolen, notify the Reception immediately. Do not give the name of the hotel or room number to strangers and never tell strangers about plans for trips or stay overs outside the hotel. Never leave your luggage unattended and return the key card to the Reception on your departure.
